Purpose of the Foundation

The Electricity Education and Research Foundation promotes education and research in the field of electricity.

The Foundation carries out its purpose by awarding grants and scholarships for undergraduate and postgraduate studies or research in the field of electricity at home or abroad.

The Foundation may also provide other financial support for education and research activities in the field of electricity and the dissemination of their results.

The Foundation was established on 14.11.1994 and entered in the Register of Foundations on 1.12.1995.

The Foundation's tasks also include maintaining and developing the activities of the Recommendation Group on Electrical Safety Regulations and the Fire Notification Recommendation Group.
